It Starts with the Shoes has started a snack drive for the Withrow Soccer Team. Every Tuesday and Thursday the JV and Varsity teams play their games. Coach Jim buys bananas, oranges and protein bars for post-game snacks. Recently, donors have stepped up to purchase and deliver snacks to ISWTS. A big thank you to all who have helped so far. Contact Coach Jim to find out which games still need snacks purchased.

Spring and Summer Training Sessions are in the books. It Starts with the Shoes will now focus on supporting the Withrow High School Soccer Program through their 2021 fall season. Go Tigers. Aug 2021

On May 28, twelve dedicated athletes attended training sessions (See blog post titled “Dedication”) despite taking two bus connections in heavy rains to get to the fields. To reward them, we moved the sessions indoors to get some quality Futsal touches. Next training session is 6:00 pm Tuesday June 2 at Withrow High School.

On May 21, 2021, ISWTS promoted and participated in Spring Outdoor Training for players unable to afford soccer club training. Next session will be on May 28, 2021 at Withrow High School at 3:00 PM.
